Project - Fonterra MCC9 installation.

Working alongside Fonterra staff to install a new MCC to service new plant equipment. Once the MCC had been commissioned, We then changed over circuits from the existing MCC to the new MCC. Included in this change over was installing multiple VSD’s to replace old DOL‘s & Installing new PLC hardware to control the new equipment.

Included in the project were the following services:

• Installed AL20 cable support systems from the new MCC room to the new 1500KVA transformer location & around MCC room for subcircuit cable runs.

• Installed & connected 630AL mains from transformer to the MCC.

• Installed general lighting & power in the MCC room.

• Carried out Inspection & testing as per Fonterra Engineering Standards (FES).

• Installed & connected new VSD’s.

• Designed & installed new field PLC IO panel.
